The Second amendment :

Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms. Ratified 12/15/1791.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

This amendment and fundamental right would be restored by providing for a resurgence of the militia, as described here......> THE MILITARY and MILITIAS

And as such, the need and benefit of a well armed people becomes not only clear, but the benefit in reduced crime on the whole is well in evidence in all states and places where people are armed to be able to defend themselves, as the evidence shows, an unarmed population becomes easy prey for an armed criminal element who take advantage of that unarmed population.

Yet, with allowing for the freedom to bear arms, we must provide for Common Law justice for those who abuse that freedom, and abuse other free people with their arms, which means hard labor as punishment and not Civil Liberty protected cushy prisons with TV's and a soft mattress.

Good people, must be free, and those who refuse to be good must be punished.

When the Constitution is restored as law, the free people automatically regain their full freedom under the Bill Of Rights, and any limitations must be set forth by a Constitutional amendment.
