Concerning : Cap and Trade.
I do not support it.
I will oppose it.
I would veto it.
or.. I would otherwise repeal it, by executive order if need be.
The entire concept is flawed, because it is based on causing economic pain, and using that pain as the means to cause change, as if economic pain for the people, will cause wealthy energy companies to build green power plants... It will never work.
My policy proposals are much better...
If clean power plants is what we want, then we, as in, the Federal and State Government, should just build them, and in doing so, LOWER the cost of energy nationwide.
And once the power plants have paid themselves off, they should be sold to free market interests who want to buy them.
