Public statements by Mosheh Thezion :

Concerning Libya,

As I have said, once you start dropping bombs, they have a tendency to blow up in your face, and clearly they are blowing up in President Obama's face now, as his lack of commitment to a campaign he willingly entered into, has become a ground war for which he does not have the stomach to pursue.
As President, once I have committed to dropping those smart bombs, for the benefit of our NATO allies, I would have little choice but to continue to do so, until the new government was put in place, which of course would be a very Europe and USA friendly government.
However, doing so, would only prove Kadafi correct, when he said that western forces are behind the attempted over-throw of his government.
And if such is true, then we should simply do so, and not beat around the bush, as that is a waste of time.

Personnally, I say there is a way out for Kadafi, and that is if he were to adhere to and adopt my long term global policy changes to greatly benefit his people, and give up a large portion of his personal wealth to help finance that development effort, yet, that is un-likely.

Concerning Libya,

As President I would not allow our troops to be used as fodder in another nation building campaign, and instead, I would suggest that the U.N. must take the leading role in such a case of imposing No-fly zones, and so forth, and the most I would suggest the U.S.A. be willing to do, or be involved with, is perhaps dropping a few smart bombs on their main government buildings if and when the world via the U.N. agrees that such a course of action is needed.  But I would not waste another American life for Libyan oil, and would suggest to President Obama, that he be very careful in deciding what type of aid to send to rebel groups, for aiding their rebellion is just as bad as dropping a bomb on Libya's capital head-quarters.  And once you start playing with bombs, they have a habit of exploding in your face.
However, the placement of certain military assets in the area is wise, especially to help with the issues of migration and assisting with aid efforts, yet I would not think it wise to act alone concerning any potential military action against Libya, as such would not benefit the people there of, as this is their rebellion and instead the U.S. should stand by to offer assistance to what ever new government may be formed, and or otherwise enforce what may be sanctions against the present Libyan government.

Concerning President Obama's Budget proposals.

Without going into detail about how wrong it is to impose long term debt on the nation and its people, let me say clearly, that I as President, when elected in 2012, will mandate a number of changes.
  1)  The entire national debt must be paid off, and no more deficit spending will be permitted.
         See... >  http://mosheh.org/Currency.html
  2)  Any budget put forth, will only spend money which is taken in via taxation, and that said taxation must be lowered and would be under my leadership across the board.
  3)  If and when the Federal government wishes to increase revenue and spend money it does not have, it must only do so, by way of debt free, interest free currency creation methods I have developed for that purpose.
       See... > http://mosheh.org/Currency.html
       See... > http://mosheh.org/Excessive-Taxation.html
       See... > http://mosheh.org/Fixing-the-Economy.html
  4)  In this way, the Federal government can use these new, debt free, interest free methods to produce as much currency as needed to expand and build up the economy as a whole, which will expand the taxation base, and that existing revenue as taxation should be focused on maintaining the infrastructure which is built over time, and shoring up needed aspects of our economy such as Social security and Medicare, and NOT SPENT on projects which are not needed, such as a flawed drug war, and international aid to foreign powers, who very often are well known to be corrupt and using said aid for things other than helping their impoverished masses.
However, let me be clear when I say that foriegn aid should be permitted, yet, if we are going to give billions of dollars to a foreign nation, that aid should be completely controlled by our nation, and its distribution for specific goals watched with hawk like eyes to be ABSOLUTELY sure it is used as it is intended to be used for, and not filling the pockets of corrupt leaders.   Some argue that feeding the corrupt politicians in foreign lands, buys their friendship and co-operation, but, as should be clear to anyone, that is a bad way of making friends, and has only served to prop up corrupt governments who are often hated by their own people, and our foriegn policy should be to help those nations people, and not bribe politicians.    Period.

Concerning D.O.M.A....-- The Defence of Marriage act.

The simple problem here, is that as an ACT, it is easily debatable as to whether it is constitutional or not, which is why to matter truly in law, and in our culture, it should and must be established as an AMENDMENT to the constitution itself, which assures that it is constitutional, and support would be had on all sides, if such an Amendment included language which allows Civil Unions nearly the same rights and benefits and significance as Marriage, with but few differences, namely Adoption, as no one has the right to adopt any child, as children are not commodities to be shared or property to be owned, and no one can claim rights to HAVE and or TAKE POSESSION of another human being, and it behooves the government of our nation to promote and mandate a NUETRAL non-biased environment for any child which it has become in charge of, due to various circumstances.   And gay couples, are distinctly biased.

Concerning the abundant problems in the middle eastern nations,

One thing is clear, and that is the people of these nations want a better life for their people, better jobs, and a better future, without getting blindly robbed by their leaders, and sadly, nothing will truly change in these nations so long as the economic policies used by governments and the world remains the same.
There is only one real hope, and that is a radical change to the economic policies of the World Bank, and IMF, and the central Banks of these nations, so as to provide this better future for those people based on their own efforts, and long term development plans for their governments.
The fact is, only I, Mosheh Eesho Muhammad Al-faraj Thezion, offer those plans.
And what is sad, is that the global media, is so controlled by those special interests, as to ignore those solutions.
However, in the course of time, they shall see the light.    Hopefully.

To all members of the U.S. and world news media,

From : Mosheh Thezion, candidate for U.S. President in 2012, Caliph of god.

This is a formal declaration of a challenge unto all of you of the world news media, to even attempt to debate the worth and importance of my proposed New Deal for 2012 policies. Which, I do here by claim, can and would, greatly expand our entire economy, and make it possible to restore our sovereign republic, by easily paying off the entire U.S. national debt, restoring the constitution as the rule of law, restoring true property rights, and literally.. make it possible... TO END ALL WORLD POVERTY by applying these same principles globally, and work globally as a species on our long term survival and destiny.

This is no joke, as my proposals make it clear, if they are applied we can do all of these things, and do so in a manner which will make much more money for all global investors generally, than could ever be achieved under the modern present system of DEBT.

I offer solution, and I challenge all of the U.S. and world media to find a true flaw in it.

I do this only after making this same challenge to what are considered to be the nations top 180 economists. This challenge was sent to each person via the shown email addresses, over a 3 day period of...., 9/15 - 9/18 2010.

As of yet, not one... NOT ONE... has attempted to argue.

The list of economists is as follows.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
It is really very simple, I am either correct and these proposals will in a general sence, make it possible for the world to solve its problems of poverty, or it won't.
I say it can and will...( and can do so in a profitable manner!)
I recognize that the world, does not need me, and I am not what matters, and there need be no praise for myself, and I seek none, as I know I am unworthy of it, and am myself simply thankful for my existance.  I'm just trying to help, because God knows my fellow human beings are sorely in need of it.
It can work.

Its that simple, and if I'm wrong, I will gladly shut up and crawl away.

Yet, if I'm right, then indeed, we can end all world poverty, and make money doing it.
I say I'm right, and I challenge any of you with a  'micro-phone' to say otherwise.
If you cannot debate it, and yet refuse to discuss it, then, you, personally, and all those like you, become the new cause for the continuation of global starvation, and economic stagnation.  PERIOD.

It does not have to continue, if you all would have the nerve to adopt and push for my policy proposals.
You do not have to support me, as I am rude, crude and generally offensive, but you must consider the proposals.    Support those proposals.
If you fail this challenge, then may God forgive you.
Our nation is in dire need of remedy, which will solve the problem without ruining what has already been built.....   My proposals, do just that.
Debate it if you can, and if you choose to ignore me, then it shows the level of corruption and cowardness which plagues your mind and our world..
-------------------------------
( The Caliph of God, by  GENERAL definition, must only be able to provide serious and good solutions to his worlds serious present problems, and do so in a godly manner.
   I do exactly that.
And I claim the title of Caliph, until someone, ANYONE, can show me someone else, who offers a better plan...
The Caliph is not supposed to have magic powers.
The Caliph is not supposed to be comparable to Jesus. (Jesus is King of Earth!)
The Caliph is simply supposed to provide the solutions to real modern problems and do so by applying clearly godly principles.
But there is no 'preset guarantee' that anyone will listen to this Caliph, and his success lays in his ability to clearly motivate others with the clarity of his proposals to solution.
Solutions for economic stagnation.
Solutions for needless poverty and suffering.
Solutions to civil and social strife, namely 'religious' conflict.
If 'one' cannot provide these solutions, then 'one' cannot claim to be Caliph.
Seriously...  show me who else, is Caliph, and I will go work for them.... But.. the fact is...  THERE IS NO ONE ELSE....   And I am here.  So I claim the title of Caliph of God, until someone smarter steps forward to dispute it.
Look, I don't actually want this job...  of Caliph...
It actually pisses me off that I have to try so hard to solve the problems of what appears to be my regularly stupid relatives (humanity)!
Yet, out of love, WHICH I AM FORCED TO FEEL, I am compelled to do my best to help my fellow humans, solve their large scale social and economic problem.
And I dare say that I have done so.
Doing so....  makes me the 'Caliph of God.'
And so...  I challenge any man or woman on earth with any nerve to dispute that.
It should also me noted that, while there are many books, and texts to be found about the Caliph... as found on Wiki-pedia... however, I do not adhere to those limitations or preconceived notions about what I am supposed to do.  The Caliph is not appointed, HE IS BORN....  and as the spiritual leader of earth, my role is to unite all world religions under the one god, and bring peace where there is strife, and also, solve for the underlying causes of stress and tension, such as poverty, oppression and global exploitation by the powers that be.
I ask YOU.... try to dispute it...  and then when you fail, adopt these global solutions.
Otherwise, you damm yourselves and your people, my people, to poverty, and long lasting oppression, which I am here to say... would just be stupid.
Don't be stupid, for your sake, help me help you! )
----------------------------------

I cannot make the final judgement, as that.... belongs to you...  If you choose to ignore, and prevent my words, then so be it, as you...  YES YOU...  have decided to leave Humankind to a future of wars, and starvation, and depravity, the likes of which are not yet imagined.

I offer long term solutions, and I ask you to embrace them, for if you do not, then you and your families are all screwed, by endless debt, and endless debt servitude.

I offer my services to set the earth and your families free of 'endless' debt.

I am doing my part, the rest is up to my fellow human kind.

Jan 10th 2011,

 My Fellow Americans,

Recently in Arizona, there was a shooting and attempted assasination of a member of Congress, during which many innocent people lost there lives, and it is a horrible tragedy.
This individual, while clearly disturbed, was motivated by any number of factors, most of which is modern common knowledge, such as the unconstitutional nature of our present government.

The sad part in all of this, is that with all the money spent by this government, that it could not provide as '''everyday''' policy, some trained armed security for what are highly target-able elected officials, who, may or MAY NOT... know of the '''unconstitutional''' nature of their present work, as congress members.

Clearly, as President, I would order, the long term deployment of trained security personnel, at all regular and scheduled events where elected officials are exposed to such simple attacks.

This is a sad week for anyone involved in government security, as they have proven themselves inadequate.

Dec, 1 4, 2010

My FellowAmericans,

Recently, there was a shooting of an un-armed man, on private property, by several Long Beach California police officers.

It is a tragedy all around, to be sure, and many are quick to point their fingers and blame Police officers for the deed, and still others blame the system, and others, blame procedures, and others say there is no blame.

I however, offer a simple solution to this problem.

The simple fact is, this killing, was caused by a LACK OF VISION.... literally, the Police officers were not able to quickly determine if it was a gun or not.

Which of course, is what they were there to do.

They could not do so, BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT SEE IT CLEARLY.

This problem, which is rampant, and is probably the cause of many tragedies such as this one, is due to the fact that.. OFFICERS HAVE LIMITED VISION.

Literally, the long term solution to prevent this problem and tragedy again in the future, is to mandate that all Officers carry a small light weight Monocular, or small Binoculars, which I know for a fact can weight only a few ounces and fit in one pocket or utility belt, very easily and is NO burden on Police officers at all.

If those Police officers in Long Beach had had those Monocular, then they would of very easily, and quickly determined that it was not a gun.

And this tragedy and all others like it can be avoided, if all Police personnel carry these Monocular, and are trained to quickly and easily use them.

We cannot solve the under lying problem of Human error, but we can give and train our Police officers to have the tools to be able to avoid these problems.

As President, I would mandate that all Law Enforcement personnel must carry such small yet powerful Monocular, and be trained to use them regularly.

Dec, 1 , 2010

My FellowAmericans,

As President I would easily (If needed) repeal the ban on gays serving in the military, however, I would hence forth, set a new policy to replace "Don't ask don't tell", with the policy of, "Shut up and mind your own business."

Meaning,

Gays may serve with honor in the military, however they must shut up concerning their sexual preferences, all forms of heterosexual, and bi-sexual and homosexual discussion, or amusement, would be hence forth banned in general in all open and group environments.

Literally, solders would be told to SHUT UP... about themselves or others.

And solders, would be ordered to MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

To make this matter, solders who cannot be disciplined to control their tendencies to share their sexuality, will be punished with KP duty for periods deemed sufficient by their commanding officers, so as to correct the behavior.

In this way, solders may live as they themselves choose to live, but while they are in service they must keep it to themselves, but are otherwise, allowed to have all wedding and coupling rights, however, no public displays of affection should be allowed, and all such activity for solders, should remain behind closed doors.

This new policy of "Shut up and mind your own business", solves the problem as it exists today, and allows all to serve with honor.

My FellowAmericans,

The reason the Law enforcement people are powerless to stop the release of these kinds of rapists. (Lawrence Brown)

The reason... rapists are let out of jail at all.

The reason, rapists get a mattress and are allowed to watch TV, and exercise, and socialize in prison..... is...

is...

The fact that the New Deal of 1933, gave FDRunlimited emergency war powers... fact... WHICH LITERALLY, USURPED CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

See--> http://mosheh.org/The-Constitution.html

As part of this New Deal of 1933, the deal was give the government more power and 'it' could be trusted with it, and it began to write laws it could never write under actual Constitutional Common Law, as provided for and demanded in the U.S. constitution and most state constitutions.... It is a historical fact.. that before 1933.. the people had Common Law legal systems as the means of protection against the government making endless statute laws... thats what it was for.. based on the Magna Carta, and set right by our founding fathers.. The Common Law was FREEDOM.

However under the Common Law... real criminals like RAPISTS.. do not get cushy jail cells.. They get a hanging, or life in prison doing hard labor.

That was Freedom, and real justice.

See--> http://mosheh.org/Freedom-and-THE-LAW.html

In 1938, FDR again used Emergency War Powers, to literally... THROW THE COMMON LAW AWAY.... and FORCE... all the people to obey endless statute laws, based on new tricks devised to steal our freedom and our true wealth.

As part of this New Deal of 1933... /1938

THEY REDUCED THE PUNISHMENT FOR ALL REAL CRIMES...

In exchange.. they gained the power to write endless laws.

The only opposition... was the ACLU.....

But the ACLU became the partner to the NEW un-constitutional system, and has for 80 years, fought for what it calls... CIVIL LIBERTIES... which allows the government to write endless laws... AS LONG AS IT DOESNT PUNISH US VERY BADLY.

GET IT??????

THATS WHY RAPIST DONT GET HANGED ANYMORE.

THATS WHY MURDERERS GET OUT.

THATS WHY THEY WATCH TV ALL DAY.

THATS WHY... CRIMINALS.. DO NOT FEAR PRISON.

Our entire country has been deceived and robbed of freedom and any real justice.

Today, YOU... the good people have to obey endless laws, and the real criminals get easy time, and TV, and rapists and murderers are BEING LET OUT OF JAIL.

As President.... in 2012,... I will RESTORE THE HISTORIC CONSTITUTIONAL COMMON LAW LEGAL SYSTEM, and set my people free.

And hang all rapists high, as it should be done. Must be done, if this nation actually wants to deter that kind of behavior, because modern prisons dont scare anyone.

Ask anyone who has been in jail... once they go in, they realize its not that bad.

America needs to solve this problem, and there is only one way - > Restore the Common Law legal system.

Wake up, and vote Mosheh in 2012.

To President Obama,

Sir, you asked a question, simply... "What would you do?"

Meaning, what would WE the people, as Tea Parties do to fix the economy?

I cannot speak for other people or groups, or even the Tea Party, I can only speak as myself, a candidate for President in 2012, running against you, and I can answer your question.

I would restore our sovereign nation, restore the Constitution as law, restore real money, pay off the national debt, and actually, truly, provide a job to every American within my first 100 days by expanding the EDD to provide its intended function, of employment development, combined with massive nationwide investment and development efforts to water the deserts, become energy independent, and expand our markets in new and innovative ways which can last and be sustained.

Basically, I know, and promise to do all the things Obama wishes he could do, but he cannot, because he is a lap dog to the bankers, which is just sad.

So...

From my campaign web site....> http://mosheh.org/Home.html

My fellow Americans,

When elected U.S. President in 2012, I WILL do the following :

I will RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION as the rule of law as written, requiring amendments to grant powers.     http://mosheh.org/The-Constitution.html

I will RESTORE REAL COMMODITY BASED MONEY, and end the use of Fiat debt currency. http://mosheh.org/Currency.html

I will END THE MODERN FEDERAL RESERVE, and nationalize its parts. http://mosheh.org/Currency.html

I will abolish the IRS. (Reduce or eliminate Income taxes)

I will PAY OFF THE ENTIRE NATIONAL DEBT, permanently.

I will restore true PROPERTY RIGHTS to all Americans.
